NovaHelm Engine is developed by DevEngaged. By using our software and services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to the open-source packages, premium templates, managed hosting, and any related services.
The core NovaHelm packages are released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute them in accordance with that license. Premium templates and specialty modules are subject to their own license terms provided at purchase.
Some services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
Pro and Enterprise plans include access to premium templates, priority support, and managed hosting. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
You agree not to use NovaHelm services to: violate any laws or regulations; transmit malware or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with other users' access to the services; or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Open-source packages are licensed under MIT. Code you write using NovaHelm belongs to you. Premium templates and modules remain the intellectual property of DevEngaged and are licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute premium templates or modules as standalone products.
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. NovaHelm Cloud may experience occasional downtime for maintenance or upgrades. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime. Support response times vary by plan tier.
NovaHelm is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DevEngaged is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You may stop using NovaHelm at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to paid services for violations of these terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, your right to use premium services ends, but your data remains exportable for 30 days. Open-source packages remain available under MIT regardless of account status.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
