NovaHelm Engine is developed by DevEngaged. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We collect as little data as possible and never sell your information.
When you sign up for early access or our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you use NovaHelm Cloud, we collect account information (name, email), usage metrics (resource consumption, deployment logs), and payment information processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment card details — Stripe handles that directly.
We use your email address to send product updates and launch announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time. Account and usage data is used to provide and improve NovaHelm Cloud services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The NovaHelm marketing website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. NovaHelm Cloud may use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
The open-source NovaHelm packages do not collect any data. They run entirely on your infrastructure. No telemetry, no phone-home, no usage tracking.
Data is stored on infrastructure within the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. NovaHelm Cloud customer data is isolated per tenant.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@novahelm.dev. We will respond within 30 days. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
